woman is intelligent, smart, bold and complex. In her complex can product amazing
results if encouraged and given a platform to thrive.
This tone for this year was set to break the bias and have a world free of
stereotyping, discrimination and bias. Let us find strength in our difference and leave
room for the female gender to be included in leadership and other positions of
influence.
